At Soft Lending we have created a “Co-Investing” platform where we support small to medium enterprises who have proof of contract award as well as execution capability. We partner with you through sourcing funding for you, for which we take a fraction of your profits as our reward for the risk taken. This is called our “Co-Investing” strategy, and we have successfully used it to deliver much needed capital for project execution by emerging and established entrepreneurs doing work with the private sector (Through SMME supplier development partnerships) , municipalities and government departments.

The project owners we support are always looking for quick turnaround times for funding approvals, and flexible collateral requirements if at all any collateral is required. This is suitable to entrepreneurs looking for relative longer term funding partnerships which could last for years, with the SMME leveraging off our capital raising capabilities for their “Projects in the pipeline” funding requirements.
