We recently funded an entrepreneur out of Polokwane, who had a purchase order to source and install a generator at one of the Limpopo mining operations of listed coal giant Exxaro. Eth client had done some previous work with Exxaro and was very technically astute and delivered the solution for the mining entity in a short space of time. Without our support, he would have lost the purchase order. Our funding helped him more subsequent orders with this client, and Eskom as well. We also provided operational support, through soft solutions such as email communication, attending meetings with him with their clients for progress update all the way to invoice stage. We also provide funding for the wage bill at the end of the first month of work done by the client. Our Entrepreneur Support Services, (ESS) has definitely helped most of our applicant small business to focus on their key deliverables, and use our solution as a “Admin office”, without needing to capacitate their own support staff .
